Key Account/Sales Executive
Responsibilities:

  • Meet clients regularly, find new business, and manage key accounts.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest solutions that add value.
  • Work with Customer Service and Operations to arrange shipments.
  • Help plan and run marketing activities.
  • Keep track of market trends and daily updates.
  • Prepare sales and profit reports.
  • Follow up on payments from customers.
  • Maintain good relationships and handle client concerns.
  • Take on any other tasks assigned by the management or superiors.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least SPM or diploma in Marketing / Business or an equivalent field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in sales, key account management, or a related role.
  • Proven track record in sales (ideally within the logistics or transportation industry).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work well under pressure.
Customer Service Manager – Logistics
Responsibilities:

  • Manage the department’s Profit & Loss (P&L), working with company leadership to reduce operational costs and enhance productivity through streamlined processes and policies.
  • Collaborate with teams to address and resolve customer issues promptly, improving satisfaction and service quality.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement in profitability, lead time, delivery efficiency, and loss/damage reduction.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant logistics and industry regulations.
  • Propose and implement innovative strategies to improve logistics operations in alignment with market trends and industry developments.
  • Evaluate and manage logistics partners to ensure performance standards are consistently met.
  • Track and improve logistics partner KPIs such as turnaround time, loss prevention, and damage control.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at boosting merchant satisfaction, cost efficiency, and overall logistics performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics Management or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the shipping and logistics industry with strong functional expertise.
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia preferred for effective communication with local and international stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in coaching, team development, and maintaining standardized best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities for effective coordination with teams and external partners.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with deep understanding of end-to-end logistics operations and cost control.
  • Capability to design, implement, and optimize efficient operational workflows.
  • Sales experience is an added advantage.
